What do black widows and a hit man have in common? #MidWeekTease #Suspense
Happy Hump Day!
We're continuing with another Mid Week Tease from Sicario, World's End Book 2.
In this week's teaser, we're back in Lexan's POV as we find out what he thinks about being stuck in a cabin with Enzo. Enjoy ❤

Lexan's POV
Being Lexan Cesare was a heavy cross I carried, and for the past few hours, I’d been able to put it down and rest.
Don’t get me wrong. I would pick up that cross again. It was mine to carry forever. I never doubted that.
But for now I was making the best of being someone else. Someone who could just live in the moment without planning ahead.
There wasn’t much else I could do. It was raining heavily outside and I was stuck in a small cabin with Enzo, who I have to say, made my breath catch every time I looked at his nearly-naked body.
He was bigger than me, no doubt. But I liked that. Liked men who appeared as if they could overpower me.

A thrill raced down my spine as I watched the muscles on his body ripple as he wrapped his towel over his hips. Olive skin wrapped around sinews sculpted through hard work out here on the ranch. I wanted to feel those muscles pressing up against me, holding me down.
And while I wasn’t being Lexan the hit man, I wanted to explore.
To explore this lust between us because that was what it had to be. I hadn’t had sex for three months. The kind of work I did didn’t mesh well with my cravings so I always waited for my encounters with Sergei to finally let go.
As it was, I didn’t find that release from my last meeting with Sergei. And I wasn’t sure if I could find someone who would play the role he’d done so well.
Now I had a temporary opportunity with Enzo I wasn’t going to let slip by. There was no reason I couldn’t fuck him now and kill him later. Wasn’t that what black widows did? I was a remorseless killer, after all.
